City Harvest: When Apples Take The Subway

How can you show in a drastic manner how many tons of food are wasted everyday, while many people do not have enough to eat? Here is the way that City Harvest, an organization that saves wasted food to give it to the most destitute Americans, has chosen: a subway full of apples!

Great commercial for a great campaign. It’s really tragic how many food is wasted by people. I really think it’s part of the process of the whole society becoming unsensitive to any stimuli from outside their own small living environment.
