Torture: What If You Were The Victim?

Acat.ch, an association that fights for the abolition of torture, has launched a creative ambient marketing campaign. They did this very simply by placing stickers on public transport and cinema seats. The images on the stickers give the impression that the person sitting is tied to their seat.

There is a message next to the tied hands that reads "Victims are people just like you and me". This campaign reminds us all that torture is still a huge problem in many countries worldwide.

I first came across these ads a few weeks ago, and as someone who takes public transportation everyday it’s definitely something that would grab my attention. I always appreciate really eye-catching campaigns like this!

This campaign is amazing. I came across one of these ads at the cinema and think it’s a great idea to fight for the abolition of torture. I would put these stickers everywhere!
