"Try Drugs:" Interactive Banner
The Norwegian department of health has launched an original and hard-hitting anti-drug campaign. First off, a crystal clear interactive banner. The banner is of a young, pretty girl and has a “test drug” button in the bottom right corner. If you click on this button, you’ll quickly see the effects drugs can have on a person.
If that isn’t enough to keep people off drugs, let’s not forget about the Norwegian government’s try drugs website. This website has been dedicated to drug prevention since 2007 (culture-buzz article). The website simulates the effects of drugs and shows Internet users that cannabis, cocaine, and heroine are not all fun and games. The website is fun and depressing all rolled into one. Mission accomplished.
This anti-drug campaign can’t help but remind us of the “Just don‘t” Lebanese anti-drug campaign.

Just to get your Tuesday morning off right, why not a little anti-drug campaign gore?
