BUZZ NEWS
A live advertising monster (Japan)
Guerilla marketing campaigns can often be quite surprising. The current one that we are discussing came as a shock to people in Tokyo.
To promote the film “The Water Horse: Legend Of the Deep” a 15 meter dragon-like relative to the Loch Ness monster was created by way of hologram projection on the water surface of Tokyo bay. Conjuring a huge monster practically out of thin air is definitely a great and effective way to cause buzz!
This marketing action has generated a lot of buzz in Japan and has been covered by most of the main TV journals in the country.
