Amazon.com Supports the Surfrider Foundation

Amazon.com and the Surfrider Foundation have just launched a campaign to collect donations on a large scale. 5% of your shopping conducted on amazon.com will be given to the association devoted to the protection and valorisation of the ocean and the seaside.

To participate you just need to go on the dedicated website www.5percentblue.com or to click on the icon of a surfer (I have not seen one yet…) on the website amazon.com. Quick and easy.


A viral video has been posted on Surfrider "save trestles":

For the time being the sum collected is still less than 10 dollars, but if the buzz spreads, this will definitely become a dream opportunity for the Surfrider Foundation.
