Become a Formula 1 Driver with Intel!

Who hasn’t ever dreamed of sitting in for a Formula 1 driver? Well, Intel has recently launched theadvergame "You be the driver" that lets you experience all the excitement of being a F1 driver.

The micro-site was developed by Hello Design and contains several levels to test your precision and reflexes. Unlike the average advergame, this game goes above and beyond others by incorporating different parts of the F1 into 3 levels. All this in addition to high-quality graphics. Nevertheless, there are some drawbacks: it takes a long time to load and, unfortunately for all those F1 fans out there, the virtual racetrack itself only goes up to level 3. In other words you’ll have to be patient with this advergame!

Intel, which has already made waves with "Operation Inside" a series of interactive webisodes, and its multiplayer strategy game for IT professionals, Silicon Commander, shows its interest in participatory marketing yet again...

For this very occasion, Intel is strengthening its partnership with BMW in F1 while indirectly boosting its image par excellence in a sport that forgives no errors.
