 You have extraordinary communication talents, both written and oral.
 You possess interpersonal skills.
 Your range of super powers is amazing: exceptional reactivity, impressive productivity, extraordinary willpower… but most of all you read clients’ minds to anticipate their needs.
 You know that power comes with great responsibilities: you are able to respond to your clients’ needs and problems by relying on your profound knowledge of marketing and interactive communication (organizing the shape of the answer: analysis of needs, target and time & budget constraints; conception of an adequate measure, nature and quantification of objectives, budget estimation and proposal).
 Your recommendations combine innovative measures, creativity, conscientiousness, clarity and measurability.
 You feel comfortable on one-man missions as well as in our teams of marketing ninjas and creative samurais.
 Your powers are complementary to those of your Newbiz partner with whom you will form a team like Batman and Robin.
 Used to saving lives, sales and margin objectives don’t frighten you. You have overall financial responsibility for your accounts and campaigns which you manage just as efficiently as you ward off earthquakes.

Profile/Requirements:

We are looking for a super Senior Business Developer/Web Consultant with profound expertise in web and online marketing (5-10 years of experience) who inspires our clients and motivates internal teams to deliver the best projects. If additionally you are open and curious, if you love thinking off the beaten tracks, if you are interested in solutions instead of problems, then you certainly fit into our profile. If you also know how to integrate new communication channels (online & offline) to multiply the emotional impact while remaining faithful to a set communication strategy, then, yes, you ARE the super person we want.

List of necessary super powers:

• Experience in sales activities and customer management with large corporations in one or several advertising or web agencies
• You answer calls for tenders in an organized and efficient way, close deals with precision and sell with profit.
• Your command of PowerPoint is just as impressive as your way of presenting the pitch
• You coordinate the production (design & technology) teams
• You are fluent in French and English
• No kidding, you really ARE fluent in French AND English
• You might speak even more (super) languages. Or maybe dialects?
• You have a (super) university degree or equivalent through experience
• You have a thorough knowledge of (super) internet technologies (CMS, site design, flash…) & web marketing (SEO, emailing, banner, media sales...)
• Expertise in viral, buzz, guerilla, blog, social networks and online video is a plus (no, a Facebook is not an exotic beast!)
• You are a rather agreeable person
• In stressful situations you remain a rather agreeable person (and you don’t turn into a Hulk).
• You know the basic rules of English and French grammar, spelling and conjugation. And you apply them. Both written and oral.
• You know intuitively what is beautiful and what isn’t. Amusing and Vulgar are two very different concepts to you.
