An interview with Matt Rowley, Managing Partner of Central Group and a word-of-mouth marketing expert in the domain of the pharmaceutical industry. Matt explains that brands ought to aim not at randomly communicating advertising messages but at generating a maximum of word-of-mouth.

The interview was conducted by Vanksen, during the International Word-of-Mouth Marketing Conference organised by the Brand Science Institute in Amsterdam from May 10 to 11 2007.
