Based on 165 interviews, The Anatomy of Buzz was one of the first two books published on word of mouth marketing. Published 10 years ago when buzz marketing was just starting, Emanuel Rosen provided his readers with 7 strategies for getting consumers to spread the word, information on how to monitor and measure word-of-mouth, 8 tips to get started in buzz marketing, and much more.
