Good Idea: Viral Marketing in the Heart of Luxembourg

Good Idea is not a campaign like any other – it serves neither to promote a product nor a brand, but a whole country! And it will buzz...

Good Idea, that’s first of all a community blog dedicated to “Shopping in Luxembourg”. On it, every day you will find a new trendy boutique, a top restaurant or a place for going out. To promote this blog, Vanksen|Culture-Buzz has come up with a viral application: a personalizable video.

In this short film, shot right in the centre of the capital of Luxembourg, you can become a real star. Your image will be everywhere – in the newspapers, on t-shirts, and there will even be a fan shop bearing your name!


But Good Idea does not only exist online, it could also be spotted in the streets, train stations and quarters of Luxembourg and its neighbouring countries, in form of a cling rite operation consisting of cling rites saying “Moien” (which means “Hello” in Luxemburgish) and Good Idea t-shirts on clotheslines!

Here you can see some of the 14 000 cling rites and 1 200 t-shirts which were put up within a radius of 350 kilometres.
