Internship description: Vanksen Group S.A. is recruiting! We are looking for a woman or a man of spirit and action – spirit for the ideas, action for their implementation.

The profile we want: A project manager? A consultant? Both, but in one person.

If you have experience in project management and client relations in an agency, you might be the right person for us. If in addition to this you are open and curious, love thinking out of the box, are not focused on problems, but on the solutions to these respective problems, then you certainly are the right candidate. If you also know how to integrate new communications channels (online & offline) to multiply a given emotional impact while remaining within a strict communications strategy, then yes, you ARE the person we want.

What you will be doing:

As a project manager:
Autonomous management of entire projects:
 Set up and stick to a planning
 Coordination of the production teams (design & technology)
 Budget monitoring and guarantee of project profitability
 Permanent client contact: reports, meetings, consulting
 Coordination of possible service providers/partners

As a project manager, you are responsible for the project management quality objectives that will be defined together. What you need for that:
 rigor
 interpersonal skills
 common sense, pragmatism and creativity

As a consultant:
 Participation in the upstream phase: reflections on the brief
 Participation in finding solutions: analysis of needs, target audience, time and budget constraints; conception of adequate measures in their nature as well as in regard to the objectives
 Budget estimation and proposal

As a person:
 You are a rather agreeable person.
 In stressful situations you remain calm.
 You are fluent in French and English.
 Honestly, you really ARE fluent in French AND English.
 Maybe you have traveled a lot or lived abroad. You might speak more languages. Or maybe dialects?
 You are familiar with the basic rules of English and French grammar, spelling and conjugation, and you apply them. Both written and orally.
 You know intuitively what is beautiful and what isn’t. Amusing and Vulgar are two very different concepts to you.
 You have a blog. Or you’ll have one soon ;)
